Notre équipe utilise la levure Saccharomyces cerevisiae comme système modèle pour l’étude des réponses cellulaires aux oxydants et aux métaux toxiques (notamment le cadmium). Nous nous intéressons en particulier aux mécanismes cellulaires de défense et de détoxification. Nos études combinent différentes approches post-génomiques (analyses du transcriptome, protéome, métabolome) dont les résultats sont intégrés par modélisations et analyses bioinformatiques. Nos recherches impliquent de nombreuses interactions et collaborations.
