Associant la chimie combinatoire et des équipements de criblage biologique à haut débit, notre équipe s'intéresse à la découverte et à la l'optimisation de nouvelles molécules bio-actives. Ces molécules identifiées lors des différents criblages biologiques sont ensuite optimisées par chimie médicinale/combinatoire afin d'augmenter leur activité/affinité en vue obtenir de nouveaux outils d'investigation pour la biologie ou de futurs médicaments.
L'équipe est impliquée dans plusieurs projets menés dans le cadre de diverses collaborations, avec des applications potentielles en médecine et dans la lutte contre le risque biologique.
