Research Programs
Our research activities concern DNA checkpoint mechanisms in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (MC. Marsolier-Kergoat), and in mammal cells (F. Leteurtre) and also include a series of related themes such as studies about the proteasome (A. Peyroche) and the analysis of DNA replication by experimental (DNA combing) and theoretical approaches (computer simulations) (A. Goldar).
Key words
DNA checkpoints, DNA replication, proteasome, yeast, mammal cells.
