Promise
Launch of the Promise Advanced Proteomics website. Promise was created as a spin-off from EDyP laboratory, exploiting a technique producing isotopically labelled proteins which can be used as standards for quantitative analysis of proteins by mass spectrometry.

AT_Chloro: first AMT database of chloroplast proteins
Researchers at EDyP team and PCV laboratory developed an innovative proteomics strategy targeting various highly-purified chloroplast compartments. They then went on to develop AT_Chloro, the first AMT database dedicated to the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.
