The aim of this symposium is to bring new insights on novel orientations and tools in the immunomonitoring of human clinical trials.
These novel orientations regroup the emergence of multiparametric technologies coupled with highly sophisticated analyses systems. Generation of complex data from innovative technologies also requires standardization and harmonization of assays.
The final aim in deciphering immune responses is to identify immune signatures so as to predict the course of diseases in order to guide clinicians towards a better therapeutic approach or to assess and improve efficacy of trials.
All of these approaches must keep into account requirements from regulatory authorities and clinical guidelines.
These issues will be addressed in the various sessions with international experts involved in the different aspects of immunomonitoring
