Proof of concept development:CEA-Life Sciences TTO supports proof of concept projects, from research results to ready-to-transfer products or technologies. We strive to give scientists the tools to access funding supports (international and national calls for proposals such as ANR Emergence, or CEA-Life Sciences Technology Transfer funding support) or operational collaborative research programs (e.g. a project aiming to develop new treatments against apicomplexa parasites responsible for Malaria has been supported by OSEO-ANVAR and ANR funding).CEA-Life Sciences TTO can also help CEA investigators to build european project proposals. |

Licensing: CEA Life Sciences TTO actively supports the diffusion of CEA patent rights, know-how and resources to innovative industries. Technologies available for licensing are presented to the entrepreneurial community throughout international bio-industry conventions and are listed here.Fourty one active licenses, among which 17 of patents and 24 of know-how, generated a revenue of 2.3 M€ royalties in 2008. |

Industrial partnerships and entrepreneurship: CEA Life Sciences TTO also enhances industrial research through the establishment of strong and efficient collaborative projects gathering CEA labs and sponsoring industry respective strengths. Together with other actors dedicated to startup foundation as CEA Investissement, CEA Life Sciences TTO actively participates to the foundation of startup companies and to the development of SMEs wholly or partly based on technologies developed in CEA Life Sciences labs. |
